Purple Sprouting Broccoli Gratin

200g PSB
1 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic chopped
2 anchovy fillets
200ml double cream
salt & black pepper,
20g breadcrumbs.

Steam broccoli for 5mins. Heat oil in pan, add garlic & anchovy, cook gently for a few minutes, crushing the anchovies down into oil.
Add cream & cook for 2-3 mins until reduced by a 1/3. Season to taste. Put broccoli in shallow dish, pour over the cream mix, add a trickle of olive oil & scatter breadcrumbs on top. Grill for a few mins until golden.
